The event “PoliSSH perspective on Horizon Europe” will be held on 27th November 2019 (Wednesday) in Staszic Palace in Warsaw.

This event is organised jointly by the Polish Science Contact Agency in Brussels and National Contact Point for Research Programs of the European Union in Poland.

The keynote speech will be given by Mr. Harald Hartung, Head of Unit ‘Fair Societies and Cultural Heritage’ in European Commission (DG Research & Innovation).

The event is mainly addressed to the authorities of the Polish Academy of Sciences, directorates of its Institutes, representatives of other scientific institutions (including universities), researchers and project managers directly involved in building consortia, participating in calls and being responsible for project implementation. The event is an excellent opportunity for everyone to meet, to exchange experiences and to establish new contacts.

The main objective of the event is to support the participation of researchers from Social Sciences and Humanities’ disciplines in EU Framework Programs, especially in the next program Horizon Europe. It is aimed at raising awareness of the opportunities offered by EU programs, as well as at showcasing the “success stories” of beneficiaries, not only from Poland, but also from other European countries.
