The objective of the panel discussion is to identify main drivers and barriers to integrate Social Sciences and Humanities research into EU framework programs as well as to underline potential opportunities for SSH representatives. The panel will also focus on specific actions undertaken by different countries to explore such opportunities and on proposals as to how such opportunities might be further developed. The need for the strengthening of the existing SSH stakeholder communities by networking and improving capacity building activities will be also discussed.
